  DO NOT USE THIS GYM, Is being a nightmare for me to cancel my membership, I sent an email in December and everyday people from this gym call me asking me for my payment, today I received a message saying that I have to pay 410 pounds or I have to go to the court, THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I have sent an email to the Manager, just waiting for his response, I will keep everyone informed by this message.
  
  Bad service, no maintenance, sometimes no towels, the Manager Jes Spencer promises things that never meet, pathetic in general, this place is not worth what they charge to the customers, one of the coaches (the blonde one) is very rude.
  Today After almost two months ago having cancelled my membership they keep calling me every other day and sending emails to pay for a service that I cancelled months ago, Unbelievable!!!. I am very upset with these people, I hope that no one else falls into the trap of their "memberships"

  No parking. Staff are not interested and not enough equipment for the amount of members they let through. Evenings are packed. Maintenance is poor, at one point there was no air con for 2 months. Swimming pool and steam room are very good. Not sure why they keep putting the membership up
