  I'm a big fan of GBK and I often visit this branch, but recently they've gotten a bit sloppy with their overall service. I got seated very quickly, however I had to ask for water several times (and it only arrived after our food). I seem to find that when they ask you how you would like your burger cooked it's a 50/50 chance whether you'll get what you asked for (I asked for medium rare and I got it well done).
  
  While this time there seemed to be enough staff present, often they were chatting or play-fighting, which shows they're human and I don't really have a problem with, but when you're waiting for water or to be asked whether you want more drinks is not good service.
  
  As I said I'm a big fan and I love their selection and taste of food, but on this occasion I was fairly disappointed.
