  Jehan has worked wonders with my back issues. In a friendly and comfortable environment, she was very careful to assess the problem before working on my back, providing follow-up exercises and suggestions to aid my posture. I hope to join her Pilates classes to maintain my new flexibility.

  I went to Jehan for treatment of a very painful bad back and she has done a fantastic job in making it better. Her treatment has really relieved the pain and her advice and the course of exercises she gave me has enabled me to heal quickly. She is extremely friendly and professional and makes you feel totally at ease. I have now also just started to attend her pilates class which is brilliant. I totally recommend Jehan.
