  What an awful experience. From the outside it looked nice to me, menu looked nice enough so walked in and ordered. We, as a family with young children, ordered a burger, panini with chicken and bbq sauce, and chicken dippers (like nuggets) with chips for children. I will start with the chicken dippers: I asked children not to eat them as I had a taste (my child offered) and they had so much pepper in them that I had a problem eating them (and I do like spicy). Burger tasted like the meat was either frozen for 50 years or used once before.
  When I asked for a bill, the waitress passing our table rudely (I seemed to bother her with my demand to get a bill) said to pay at the till.
  When I expressed my worry about so much black pepper in the dippers at the till, the lady just said she will look into it and that they have always been like this! I was shocked but I do not like making scene so I paid and left. In short, I won't be going back and will spread the word.
