  Does anyone one else get VERY annoyed when retailers try to sell you more than you want? I told the shop assistant in this store that I wanted just the product I handed her. She then tried to promote another product. When I pointed this out to her she accused me of being argumentative and was quite assertive in her manner. I recommend that if you know what you want DO NOT go to this store and instead by the excellent MB products from John Lewis when you will get the polite service and treatment you'd expect from a quality retailer. (When I said I was no longer going to buy this product from that store but from JL this shop assistant told me that "was my right"! How correct she was and I really didn't need her to tell me).
