  Very poor customer care today; when I visited, I was told there was no one in the reception and that I should wait for a tyre change. After waiting half an hour without anyone coming back to check up on me and letting me know how long more I had to wait, I gave up and visited Merityre where I was seen straight away.

  This place is like lottery. They will do good job if they have time and guy who Is doing your car is trustful.. Otherwise if you not lucky they will do quick mess to your car and give it back to you. Example: overfill engine with oil which nearly destroy car engine, or mess up quick job with putting new wheels or wheel barrel.. It’s easier to pass MOT with them because they doesn’t care.
  Guy in front may talk with you nicely, but remember its not him who’s doing your car.
