  The arm fell off my husbands glasses whilst shopping in Kingston. We went into this branch of specsavers and even though they had many customers the staff were so helpful and friendly and after only a ten minute wait the glasses were repaired with no charge. Excellent service!

  I went in the store by chance to see if they can help me fix the nose pad on my sunglasses (not bought from them). Abigail served me and was extremely helpful and fixed the issue without any charge. Excellent service! Definitely wasn’t expecting that. If / when i ever need glasses I will definitely uses specsavers.
